Overview

New England's largest billfish and tuna canyon tournament, formerly the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic, now hosted at MacDougall's Marina in Falmouth, MA with a 42-hour captain's-choice fishing window.

The Cape Cod Bluewater Classic (13th annual in 2026, formerly the Oak Bluffs Bluewater Classic) is a Castafari event hosted at MacDougall's Marina and The Flying Bridge in Falmouth, Massachusetts. Boats may leave from any Northeast port and pick any 42-hour window across six fishing days, targeting the eastern canyons; the weigh station is in Falmouth.

The 2025 event produced 165 billfish and nearly $700,000 in prize money. Proceeds benefit The Billfish Foundation, The Skillie Project and The Fishing Academy, and winners are invited to the Offshore World Championship. A separate 'Bluefin Only' side tournament was added in 2026.
