Overview
Charity billfish-release and meatfish tournament in Hope Town benefiting preservation of the Elbow Reef Lighthouse.
The Elbow Reef Classic is a four-day event based at Hope Town Inn & Marina on Elbow Cay, Abaco, with teams fishing a captain's-choice two of three days (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Blue marlin, white marlin, sailfish and spearfish are release-only; tuna, wahoo, dolphin and barracuda may be weighed (15 lb minimum).
All proceeds go to the Elbow Reef Lighthouse Society / Elbow Reef Foundation for the preservation of the historic kerosene-burning lighthouse. The 2026 edition fielded 19 boats; registration and scoring run on Reel Time Apps.
