The New Orleans Big Game Fishing Club, founded in 1961, runs its Invitational Billfish Tournament from its clubhouse at Cypress Cove Marina in Venice, Louisiana. The three-day format has registration and a captains meeting on Thursday with teams departing afterward, scales open Friday and Saturday until 7pm, and awards after Saturday's close.
The 2026 tournament (August 20-23) is Leg VI, the final leg, of the Louisiana Champions Cup.
