Overview
Riviera Nayarit's July marlin-and-tuna tournament, run by the Club de Pesca de Bahía de Banderas out of the Paradise Village marina in Nuevo Nayarit, now in its 18th edition.
The Bahía de Banderas club's two-day international tournament fishes from the Marina del Hotel Paradise Village with categories for marlin, tuna and dorado, a sailfish release division, best-crew award and optional jackpots. The 2026 (18th) edition registered at the Vallarta Yacht Club on July 2, fished July 3–4, and closed with awards at the Paradise Village amphitheatre; entry was MX$25,000 per four-angler team (MX$30,000 late).
